I understand the logic behind assigning these numbers to BM's and MM's because that would round out the line more evenly, and the idea that 35th Anniversary figures *may* have different designations However.... IIRC what was shown at ToyFair were 4 figures for the 35th Anniversary Line -3 voyagers (Prime, Megs, and Soundblaster), and one deluxe Bluestreak -Could these be the 4 missing numbers?
Could be, it's all pure speculation at this point. I also feel that there'd have been announcements of new BMs or MMs along with Astrotrain and crew.

So with the SDCC coming up, you may be on to something there. Now I'm hoping you're right ;)^ I don't need any more little bots

I'm convinced - with zero evidence, I might add - that Battle Masters and Micromasters are over. SDCC should be for the next line, and whatever new gimmick we're going to get with that.

If we’re to speculate and say that was the case I’d say the focus next would have to be the Autobot Targetmasters with some new beastie melee weapons.

With Apeface we can assume Snapdragon’s on the way but now I’m feeling that with branching Siege out into beast modes maybe we’ll see Horri-Bull Squeezeplay and Fangry with a lead up to Scorponok.

Again, just speculating... we know we will see the newly revealed *wave 5* of Siege at SDCC, and no doubt a few new surprises for the 2020 line, what it will be called, and it's gimmick(s). Based on the most recent fan poll however, considering that several of those characters had been released previously in the Legends Size class, I would not be surprise if we see Legends come back, but I think it's too early to say BM's and MM's are not going to be part of the next line.

I can actually see the micromasters sitting out the next line with Legends back in the mix and battle masters sticking around. This would be especially true if that rumored micromaster 10 pack ends up happening finishing off most of the teams.

That’s right I forgot about that set on it’s way! Ooo can’t wait to see that. And honestly I was open to the Micromasters but I dunno Legends...I miss ‘em. Even the Titan Master packs just felt like they offered more, and there’s so many characters you could do in Legends scale I mean it feels like half the Ark crew is MIA with no Legends class.

I'm fairly certain legend class will be back and they'll also keep a $6 price point option in some form. The other obvious guess is that they'll make/remake more G1 characters. Apeface feels like a surprise to me, so now it seems very realistic they'll make some of the more obscure characters and keep their gimmicks intact. It's been nice to have just a few triplechangers and now a single headmaster.

I just hope they keep the gimmicks unobtrusive like Siege. One of primary gimmicks like weaponizers have been limited to just a few characters and all of them make sense. If we want to call the armor/weapon up feature of the leaders a gimmick, it's also been very logical as far as character choices. I have a hard time calling 5mm pegs a gimmick but will gladly accept it as the one and only gimmick outside of transforming robots. ;)^

I miss Legends class too. I just like that size for pocket fun on the run.
But all I really want is a new Cliffjumper in a mold unique to him.
Maybe a new Warpath, but I'm the only one around here who can live with the CW one. :lol:

What do you all think is Spasma a Titan Master or a Headmaster or is Apeface a Transtector? Where are they going with it I mean is it a new breed of Micromaster? Will he have the foot peg holes and be useable with older Titan Masters?

Given that he's a big part of the story, I reluctantly think there should be a Bumblebee.

YES, I could use a good Gen CliffJ that isn't a red Bee. I think the Minibots are pretty well covered. We could use some G1-y Pipes and Huffer is we're making a wishlist.

Yeah, you are literally the only one who can accept CW Warpath. The deluxe is nice, but we are way to for down the path to veer at this point.

I'm pretty sure Spasma is going to be like the other Titanmasters. Hasbro tends to like backward compatibility. That can be a good and bad thing.

I’m seeing a few blurbs on Twitter about Jetfire preorders encountering hiccups. Is there a history of too many preorders bottlenecking and delaying orders?
Ya’ll better get your Jetfires.

I agree. I would be ok with a new Bee in a Cybertronian alt mode.

Also, this is just me thinking Legends is the most logical scale for minibots in the current system (which has finally been very logical), but they could go weird on us and do anybody in Legends scale. They do it all the time.

Edit: Yeah, Pipes and Huffer. Good choices, but again, I'm the only one happy with the CW ones. :lol: :lol:

My 1985 lineup is complete, but it has that weird Cliffjumper from T30. In addition to Warpath, the Huffer/Pipes releases were off-model.

We may be the only two. I really like them and they are the only figures in that mold I'm keeping. If new ones were released they'd have to be pretty **** good for me to jump.

I like Bee and would love to have a Cybertronian version in legends scale, but will settle for just a CliffyJ if that's all I can get.

I wonder if the entire WFC trilogy will be pre-earth designs? I hope so 8-)

EDIT: a good Cybertronian legends Bee, I don't count this as good, but kind of straddles the Cybertron/Earth vibe like a lot of the Siege figures do. I don't know, the proportions are weird.

I got him to go with the old WFC Prime, but ended up just not liking the figure.

Gears & Swerve has been absent the longest IIRC. Yes they both did have T30 releases (and some T30 did get reissued recently such as Cosmos & Schrapnel). But I wouldn't be surprised if we saw them in the near future as a whole new figure, or an altered reissue of the T30 ones to service whatever the next gimmick is.

I think they're waaay too off. CW Huffer is an Optimus Prime headswap, and CW Pipes is a lazy redeco of Huffer. Meaning he has neither his own head nor, in fact, his pipes.

Well, Horri-Bull could be done as a Skullsmasher retool.
WANT:
* Cyb. Galvatron key, missiles
* Omega Lock
* Primus Cyber Key, coattail panel
* Powerlinx Comettor
* Leader Sentinel Prime sword, shield
* RiD Galvy dragon head, beast arms
* Leader Ironhide windshield, R hood assy.
* Cyb. Wing Saber left chestplate (argh)
