Mine would have to be Deep Space Nine, mainly because I thought the stories and writeing were much better then the rest of the series. I also felt that these characters fit and worked together better than the rest.
I guess the order I would put the series in would be
1. DS9
2. The Next Generation
3. Voyager
4. Original
5. Enterprise (sucked a lot of continuity errors)

2: TNG
3: Enterprise
4: Voyager
5: DS9.
The Original all the way for me. And with the original being remastered, it's awesome being a TOS fan this year.

2.) Voyager
3.) Original
4.) DS9
5.) Enterprise (I'm not a fan of either of these two, but, imo, Enterprise is the worse thing for Star Trek ever.)

Rijie Seeking:
Botcon 2009--Souvenir Sweeps
Botcon 2010--Souvenirs Rapido, Scorch/Shattered Glass Ravage
MISP preferred, but will consider opened NM/Complete, especially for older figures. Lots of TFs for trade! Please PM any inquiries, serious interest only!

TNG would be next, a lot of good stories.
Voyager was good in some parts. They tried the serial format a bit, but it worked better as single or double eps.
Enterprise I can forgive so-called "continuity" errors, but loses a lot of points for being a prequel.
TOS I really don't want to like it, but once in a while I find myself running across an episode and remaining glued to it for a while.

That's all that exists to me. I disavow that other series existing.

1. DS9
2. TNG
3. everthing else
4. enterprise ( mostly because of the theme tune)
DS9 comes out top just beacause it felt more like a story continuation and not just a "see what happens this week, it MIGHT have a connection to last time"
that and the defiant, mostly because, to my knowledge, its the first and only warship class the federation has.
quad phasers, but not the same old beam, actually blasts!
who cares if you could fit it in the enterprise's shuttle bays! i know which ship id rather have in a fight!

The reason why DS9 is my fav is just how very different it was. As the good doctor put it in the first episode...it was the frontier. It had such a dark aspect to it, but what I really liked was how much of the federation was in the series. TNG was always off on a new planet every episode, but DS9 was always centered around the station and the Federation. The Bajorans and Cardasians were also very new and different. But the Dominion War was just phenomenal and I loved how DS9 had continuity, episodes poured into others. It wasn't just a new planet new adventure every episode, it was a ongoing plot (another reason why I liked Babylon 5 so much).
Voyager was pretty slow in the first 2 seasons, and they needed time IMO to get developed right and put in its place. By the time 7 of 9 came aboard the show had established itself and had very many great plots IMO, I enjoy the series probably more then I did TNG. But I put TNG as my second fav because of nostalgia purposes. I can remember being a kid and sitting down to watch it with the rest of the family every week.
EDIT: I moved Voyager to my #2 spot. The Next Generations Nostalgia wasnt enough to keep it second over how much I enjoyed Voyager.

Enterprise: might have had all kinds of errors and gubbins going on but i enjoyed it. I did like the Andorians and the Gorn. But it still didn't explain the Kilingons going all human looking or did i miss an ep
Voyager: i liked it but the ending let it down what happened to the crew after making it back to earth. Was it wrong to ask to see a bit of crew elation and reuniting with their families and friends.
TOS: its the original i can't grumble it was made well over 30 years ago and no i'm not gonna hunt the remastered stuff down its nostalgic.
TNG: IMO it was political correctness on over drive no we can't fire on them we might chip their paint work

Oh I quite agree. It everyone who seems to hate Enterprise always comes down to one thing
"It destroys previously established continuity! Boo boo!"
I find it extremely laughable considering the original Star Trek didn't even keep it's own continuity straight.

There was. A two part one. I won't spoil it for you. Also one of the Klingon generals was played by the fellow who was the voice of Shredder from the original TMNT.
And speaking of the films here, The Motion Picture is my favorite.
