I did put together a Crossovers thread a while back. Should anyone want to browse?

Huh, neat! I'll be sure to browse it.
Honestly, the biggest issue with them is the scale: either we downsize the Titans or upscale the combiners and Godmaster, just for the group (yet another reason why I think scale shouldn't be as important as it's been lately; it's way too limiting on the range of characters we can do). Then again, 4 of the members already exist as Titans for a remold, so maybe the firstEDIT: second option is more viable.
Honestly, though, I'm way more interested in their boss.
Another obscure group I'd like to see would be the Reapers. Or at least Deathbringer and Klaxa (maybe also Ravenous, as a hawk-former remold?)

As for gimmicks, if the rumoured Flex Changers line is successful, do you think it might be adapted to other lines, or specific characters? Cause I think there're a few characters that would benefit from this type of articulation.

Alas Clawjaw and the other Aquatic Bots of Beast Wars, deserved better.
One idea I had recently, let's call it a Grandmaster. The name being a play on words, for what I'm suggesting. An all-in-one Master Bot. A Head+Target+Powermaster+Weaponiser. A regular sized bot, wherein everything barring the base torso detaches to form a smaller bot.
As a kid watching The Rebirth. I used to think why don't the Headmasters have a Targetmaster? Or Vice-versa?

The Demon Generals aren't even redecoes, just additional bling plus Bruticus and Menasor being drawn properly.
Things I want that will never happen:
Spy Tablet versions of Eject (although at least the mold exists for that), Steeljaw, Ramhorn, Slugfest, Overkill, Grand Slam, Raindance, Noise, Graphy, Dial, Saur, Squawktalk, Beastbox, and Glit (although again, at least the relevant mold exists).

I'd add a way to differentiate them as Demon Generals, instead of their regular Gestalt counterparts. They can't dissemble into their teams. That way, in addition to the additional bling. They would stand out as unique.

Or they could pull a Megazord/RoTF Devastator and split into the vehicles without individual robot modes.
But yeah, the Demon Generals might be good R.E.D. figures; did they even transform in the OVA's or the mangas?
That also makes me wonder if HasTak could make a Beast Machines Megatron by retooling the Legacy Transmetal II mold and adding a harness. My biggest question would be if it'd fit any size class.

I had this idea when I was a kid. I wanted the next Optimus to be a Target-Head-Powermaster with a Pretender shell. PM Prime was nearly a Headmaster (with a head that also had a vehicle mode) at one point in concept while also making the core bot a Triplechanger with a jet mode. Who knows how many gimmicks the design team would have crammed in there before they started stripping things out (sliding fists, clear windows, chrome and die-cast).

I know Optimus is a seller, but it could be a nice occasion to have a brand new character:
ZENBU-OTRON!
That bot would be a combiner box set. Because that guy would have ALL the main gimmicks from the TF History! One bot would have the Armada minicon gimmick, with his minicon. Another the Cybertron cyber key. Another would be this, and that. Hands and feet of the combiner would be 1 step changers, The torso bot would be a pretender shell that can transform like Crossblade. The head of the combiner would be a triple-changing headmaster with his own vehicle mode.
I don't know how much such a monstrosity would cost, but Zenbu-otron (zenbu mean "everything" in Japanese) would be a blast to fiddle with!

Why haven't they crossed gimmicks before? The Pretender line basically went back to the mini-vehicle line. Sixshot, while in the same timeframe as the Head/Targetmasters, had none of his own?
Technically the Seacons crossed Targetmasters with Gestalts. But they didn't even go all in on the concept.

The issue is probably less about cost and more about the engineering nightmare it would be to add all those gimmicks plus transformation.
Funny enough, there's actually a cross between Head/Target/Power-master in fiction: the Triple-Threat Masters from Beast Wars: Uprising. Sadly they never had an actual image, let alone a toy. One of the many reasons I wish TR had every Master iteration instead of making everyone a Headmaster.
My personal dream engineering monstrosity? A combiner-combiner. Five teams of robots (probably the size of Micromaster Six-Teams to make it manageable) each combine into a larger form, and then the resulting gestalts all combine into an even larger robot. Like Starscream did in Combiner Wars, only actually interesting and not just a giant phantom head
Also, there are two possible Titans I'd like to see but probably are too obscure or uninteresting to really sell:
- Spanner, the first spacebridge (probably too boring due to being, well, a literal bridge)

- Boltax, as the Temple of Knowledge, with the Underbase and at least one Core figure - either the humanoid Boltax puppet or one of his Disciples (probably too obscure)

Sounds kinda like Machine Robo Mugenbine (though those had the added bonus of being able to be broken down into individual parts). Start with basic small robot figures:

Add larger figures for bulk:

Keep buying more and keep combining to make something bigger.

And bigger.

And bigger.

And bigger to the point that you can probably claim it on your taxes.

It's not exactly "combiners that combine", but we'll never see another line like this again.

AKA:
A Fully realised Monstructor.

This was fine. But it omitted the core gimmick. They are Pretenders. Therefore they should also have shells. The shells, in turn should also be able to form a Gestalt. Placing each Pretender Monster inside it's shell would then also be able to form a third "complete" form....

As a Marvel G1 fan, Boltax would be a hoot. Unfortunately, it really is an impossible ask, as even to most of those of us who know of him he's not high profile. Plus we did get Cybaxx with Scrounge in Combiner Wars, who kinda homages him.
As for a Titan Spanner, I'd be all over that. But it would have to be a Selects release.

While I was reading IDW I kinda wanted a Monstructor, but now ... eh. Making him as small as his original self would not make him desirable, at least not to me.
I actually really want Ariel and transformable deluxe-sized Lithones. The closest we have to Ariel is Energon Arcee and she's just much too small now.

I know it would be a triple-licensing toy and it would be sold at LEADER price in Canada because fok us, but there's one easy repaint of "Netflix" Bumblebee for a collab that the only remolding involved would be a new head:
Herbie from the classic The Love Bug:
.jpg)
The head would be the "robotized" pilot's with his helmet:

The Creatures Collide pack proves that the Netflix Bee can be repainted. Now only the movie license needs to be negotiated.

Hell no because it would be completely POINTLESS.
It's as if you'd take Legacy Burnout with reprolabels to make the Knight Rider.
Or Whaspinator with repros to make Garfield.
Or why not take SS Leader The Fallen with repros to make the Gobots Command Center?

Bugbite is not a VW Beetle. It's a generic car.

That's why Select Bugbite makes as much sense as Herbie the Love BUG as RotF Starscream would makes as Thomas the Train.

Now, take this mould:

With the former colour palette. Add labels and that's Herbie.

Oh I knew that.
But all the recent collabs either create new molds, or remold the most recent ones. So that's why I talked about the Netflix Bee being Love Bug'd.
Add the licencing conundrum and you get a nice entry for this here thread.
