I know everyone is fascinated with Japan and Japanese food, but - if I have to be honest - I just like food. Any food. I'll try anything (within vegetarian boundaries), and sure, I do have favourites, but I'm not obsessed over types of food or cuisines. I never really figured out how some people develop that type of attraction, actually.
And to answer an unspoken question: pizza is probably my go-to favourite food. Predictable, but hey. Pizza is good, and you can do things to it to make it fit your taste more! (Waiting for someone to quote me out of context here in 3.. 2.. )

I love Asian food. (Of course I like most food from all over the world) I think the reason I like Asian is because my favorites are meat, veggies and rice which are staples in their cuisine. While I do like hard cheese anything creamy will give me heartburn and I never liked the taste of milk.
As far as pizza goes gimmie meat and veggies. I could eat pizza for days on end. My favorite meal is probably going to a restaurant called Mongolian Grill. You get to fill a bowl with veggies of your choice and choose which kind of meat (or tofu) you want and they grill it up and serve it with rice. (Grilled mushrooms, onions and peppers are the bomb)

Growing up Vietnamese, I could kinda read it, and could speak it - but my parents weren't militant about me or my older sis to only speak in Vietnamese...so we didn't. I love gaming and anime, so Japanese (2yrs in HS) was fun - even went to Japan first for my initial trip outside the US! They were so nice...and clean. And love green tea, pachinko and fish. <3
I don't no much about the French I took -- my wife and I always wanted to go to France. Great food & cinema!! They were primarily @$$h0l3s to me in Paris, sadly living up to the stereotypes....but I made some friends, at least.
