No. Us Brits are to the Americans like Humans are to Megatron.

We don't need a damn countdown because we're perfectly capable of remembering when a film comes out on our own.

Hehe, good one.

Still, it would be nice to be considered every now and again. Our hype machine is still revving at full throttle, and people are just as hyped so we UK users deserve to be a part of it.

Personally i think we should all get free movie figures from hasbro for being shafted with the release date, but thats just me. :P

I think its crap we have to wait so long, its not as if its a couple of days its almost a mpnth later, which means the temptation to read reviews etc will be crushing, and by the time it is released over here the second movie will have prob had its first trailer out in the us!

Who cares what critics say? Ignore them and watch a film because you want to see it. :)

I think we got it good actually. We still get to bask in the glory that is the anticipation for our most anticipated movie of the year! We still have something to look forward to, where as all the yanks would have seen it by the week end and after life will seem oh so pointless. lol

no you misunderstand I dont care what the critics say, this is the only film I have ever had acountdown to see, what I mean is staying away from reviews because most just give you all the bloody spoilers without telling you before hand, the BBC being the worst.

I remember persuading the missus to come and watch bond, so i thought i'l read her the write up from the bbc text and basically through reading it the only way I would have known more about the film would to have actually been daniel craig!

Oh, sorry, i see. Well good thing i have sky then, that means i can stay away from the BBC! :p

Ive managed to keep a few spoilers at bay (ha ha) so far, but a few huge ones have already been let out of the bag by dumb people on here and other forums. The only way we can avoid the film being totally spoiled for us is to sleep for the next month or be put into hypostasis (sp?) lock for 25 more days.

Either that or move to Wales... lol
