Ultra Magnus: A well placed hole...

OK, so there I was, no ****, I had Classics Magnus, the City Commander Upgrade, the Upgrade to the Upgrade, and even the reprolabels were applied. What was eating at me still was that the repro missile launchers that mount onto Magnus in robot/City Commander mode, do not attach in vehicle mode as G1 version did. They become extra kibble. Well, I studied the thing and discovered that by dremeling an extra hole in eac launcher right by the clear pegs. I could attach the launchers into the smoke stacks/gun barrels of the truck to create the G1 truck effect. It was a piece of cake and it looks pretty good, I think. I'm not sure it would work with the actual G1 launchers because they have inner mechanisms that could interfere. Holler if you want to try this yourself and let me know if you need further explanation.

nice! i really dont like the classics, but with all the mods you got for this one, it becomes a very attractive toy! :D
i maybe a young fan/minibot , but i was one of the few people to hold unto G1 when my friends loved the bay version. and i freaking love stan bush :)
Hearing that is about the closest to a "warm-fuzzy" feeling as I could possibly get. There's hope for this generation yet.
