But it just so happens that a mini bot in "MP" scale is the same height and mass as a standard deluxe class figure. The "MP" autobot cars just happen to be the same height and mass as your average voyager class figure. And the "MP" Soundwave just so happen to be the same height and mass as a barbie doll (cough cough) I mean standard ultra class figure. So anyways I totally get what T is saying.

Oh, I think we all get what Tsut is trying to say. But it is, even as you say, a matter of size, not scale. Class would even be more accurate than to use scale. Or even size as Dead Metal pointed out; sometimes a voyager like animated Bulkhead is deluxe sized (roughly the same height) even as the bulk clearly makes the figure a voyager.

On CHUG shelves, Provider's 8.3 inch tall robot mode should blend in evenly with the 2.0 8 inch Ultra toys Onslaught, Hardhead, Silverbolt. Darkwind, Powerglide, Stormcloud and Skyfall.

On MP TF shelves, Think Provider's 8.3 inch tall robot mode will scale evenly with. The MP TF Ultra class seekers, Toy World Evila Star, Igear Faith Leader and those MP TF HasTak Voyager cars bots.

They really need to go back to the drawing board with the jets tail. No matter how impressive everything else is, the pyramid ruins it.

Totally agree on that point. Heck even if you have to parts form it, give a proper tail fin! Everything looks great until your eyes get to the tail...

Yeah that tail is a little flat. I am really surprised they didn't give him a shield\tail like the G1 toy had. Just to sort of make it look better without having to integrate it into the transformation.

The rest of him looks really good.

Make the figure any size you like. That still wont stop the tail from looking stupid. I call it like I see it. A sheild would have been the way to go like the vintage toy. Sometimes these designers cater too much to these parts integration fanatics. In this case they compromised the alt mode to satisfy those who have an OCD about extra parts lying around. OMG, did I just use the term OCD ? Now im starting to sound like you ! :lol:

And who is the number one person on this site that accuses others of having "OCD" ? :-?

I grew up with vintage G1 figures that had no parts integration and I still have them all. I never lost a part because I took care of my toys. MY OPINION IS that parts integration came about because careless people always lose their parts. If you are so worried about losing the tail fin that you would rather have a silly looking pyramid for a jet tail, then that's all you.

Had since 1986 and still got all the parts !
