dunno if anyones interested but, i email toyzandgamez about changing some pre-order details about the fansproject sidearm set, and they sed there due in monday

so we should be getting these guys soon, hopefully kapow are gettin them the same time because i ordered the kit from there

Does anybody now the best places (preferably online) in the UK (or not, whatevs) to buy Transformers stuff?
To be more specific, I'm thinking of "investing"

in a masterpiece Megatron/Optimus/Starcream[G1 colours]; I've looked about on eBay and that and it seems that they're pretty thin on the ground (and expensive), so I thought if anybody had the inside scoop it'd be people on this forum.

I'll probably end up getting all three, but not all at once, for obvious, coin-jangling reasons. But those masterpieces really deserve that name, awesome stuff.

(we don't seem to have any G1 puritans around these parts so you should find a niche already carved out for you.) and as you are a purist let me get this off my chest while I have a dizzyingly high chance of making an awful first impression: I did not know about G1 until After about four years of liking beast wars.

Hah, I wouldn't call me a "purist", I may come off as one sometimes I guess, as i am definitely first and foremost a G1 fan. I quote all the "Trukk not Munky", GEEWUN, RIRFIB stuff mainly for the humour value, much in the same way I enjoy internet memes. I certainly wouldn't go as far as to say G1 is the best just because it's my favourite.
The main objection I have against the Bayformers stuff is the fact that they're simply just bad movies (although I suppose I must admit that the design of the cybertronian forms a major second point, yes).

I must admit I don't know absolutely everything TF, enough to get by on a site forum like this I think. I'm probably quite a casual fan compared to other people here? I visit TVTropes all the time, if you want to get more of a handle on what kind of a guy I am.

yep I felt an artery burst alright. I've got a friend who's always on tvtropes too, so I see where you're coming from.

I orderd PCC Stakeout with Protectorbots and Crankcase with Destrons off Kapow today just felt like telling you guys. Still no news from Kapow about the Protector or Tracks and Jazz :-(

Last time I looked he was in Tesco here. I'm going to Cardiff for Mrs O's Christmas prezzies tomorrow too so if you really want him I can certainly do my best.
