It's amazing what a difference a wash will do to a figure. Got rid of the old stickers and the grime on Blitzwing and it's like brand new.

I would be tempted to go in for that Thrust from that large haul as he is the only one that can't be easily kitbashed from an existing one, however, I am not going to. I need to stay strong. And he's been claimed already. :P

Although some (very long) time down the line, I may get another Ramjet and kitbash it into Dirge. I have an interesting idea on how to get his proper wings from Ramjet. And of course, I will need to kitbash a Thundercracker and get a SS to complete them.

One day.

Far away.

Or not.

As for Docs, never had the misfortune to need one. Except for that one time when I was about 3 when I got my fingers jamed in a car door that slammed shut on them.

I read on another site that originally Sideswipe and Prowl were scheduled for release in the UK, but Hasbro cancelled.

From memory, Alt-Rumble was actually given it'd worldwide premiere at a tradeshow by Hasbro-UK, I wonder where they went?

It was at that same trade show that they went on record stating they had no plans to release 20TH-Prime, only for him to turn up in TRU about 4 weeks later #-o

I've slammed my hands in car doors and house front doors several times so far. No broken bones for me though!

Hasbrp are stoopid. I expect all our Rumble stock went over to the bloody US for the Yanks to buy. I wouldn't be surprised.

I'm wondering if it's possible to use metallic markers to paint an entire figure, and then seal it.

A guy in the kitbash forums did a Cybertron voyager Starscream into Skywarp using metallic markers. It looks pure win; so smooth, so crisp, so clean; and just sealed it.

Woohoo, I am officially unemployed people. As of now no more buying of overly expensive toys and earning everybody's hatred and jealosy (at least until February or somebody offering me something that's not dogsbodying and sufficiently far above minimum wage). Hopefully HMW V2 will launch soon so that I can play 24 hours a day while I've got nothing better to do and take an early lead.

Arrr, I be sorry for ye matey. Let's just hope you don't see any tantilising tf deals around that could tempt you to sin! :P

I'm curious as to when HMW V2 takes over. The date was moved back to September, but apparently it's been moved back again.

To when, though, I have no clue.

Don't be sorry for me guys, this is my usual routine. Such are the ways of working in horticulture. I get to spend the next four months recouping the tax that I've paid for the rest of this year, unless I'm stupid enough to actually take an interview seriously and actually get myself hired by somebody.

True, but it's easier to round up what I haven't got that I really wanted this year than what I have so I'm happy overall. Right now the to buy list of recent/forthcoming stuff only adds up to MP Megs, MP Anime Starscream, MP Skywarp, Alt Rodimus and a horde of Tit Scourge/Sweeps, with a couple of odds and ends in the 'would be nice' category. With almost the full Classics line and all the Botcon exclusives as well as other pieces of niceness here and there I've had a good year. Now it's time to hibernate for a while, no biggie.

Touche salesman.

I suppose if you've managed to get pretty much everything you wanted this year, hanging around and just waiting for the new year to roll in.

It's the old HMW comic done by RDD resident artist Shinju Chan who sadly has been missing for a while now doing Real World stuff.

There's 49 pages in total and it's not finished yet. Unfortunately it's been over a year since the last update.
Maybe some day the masterpeice will be finished?

I'll post links to the full comic later.

Time for a request to the 'cons of the ODB. I've recently reconfigured my two top bots with a mind towards taking out Quints but could use some energon for Minicons to help them out in their quest. I've posted a general request in the thread over at Darkmount, but thought I'd have an ask of the Brits as well. Here's my team if you want to check them out before parting with any cash or have any config suggestions for Quint hunting.

http://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwar ... p?id=16521

Any help greatly appreciated.

Minicons? That page dissapeared the other day when I tried using robot modes for the first time. And as for Energon, I have not that much since i donated virtually all of mine to a certain pirate speaking crewman of the ODB.
