Why bother with paint at all? Just go to Maplins and get some isopropyl alcohol and it should just wipe the white stripes right off.

Or you can send it to me and for £30 get a fully repainted BB with drybrushed bot parts and a car-quality sheen t the paint.

Officially disgruntled because of impatient eBay seller! I bought 2 of the Sparkabots as well as Terradive from him and sent him an echeque as I had no money in my PayPal account. As you know it takes time to clear payment, but I had sent it. So he files an unpaid dispute!!! Does Paypal not tell people when an echeque has been sent??

As for if my breath smells of pear drops MB, apparently not, however I need to be on the look out in case it starts to, there is just one small problem with this. I have never smealt a pear drop in my life... oh well, you win a few, you lose a lot On the bright side, TF UK came out today, another good issue, now for the long wait for the next issue

The smell of pear drops is the best smell in the world. It smells just like airfix glue.

I know the waiting feeling as well. The lack of lectures is making me feel like I can't be bothered to get up on a morning.

I don't want to use alcohol remover incase it removes the yellow paint or gummies up the plastic. I have no expertese in such things. Besides, I already have the yellow paint from when I touched up Blitzwing. If it wasn't already in hand, I probably wouldnt, but as it is here, the temptation keeps growing. Although drybrushed parts and car sheen do sound tempting as well...

I think I'll put in that digibash request as you suggested Chugster.

My disgruntlement is half on, half off. I went into Waterstones to pick up Dinobot Hunt and Last Stand graphic novels, and as I was looking through the shelves for the free one to get (Buy 2, get 1 free. Even if it was something daft, I was gonna get my free GN), I found End of the Road hiding amongst some crazy sounding books. So I have the complete Unicron saga. YEY!!
Unfortunatly, if I can't find a formula to find the centre of a circle from points given on the outside arc, I'll have to sit on a rooftop for a whole bunch of hours next week.

So, if I know the coordinates of points close together on a circle, and I know the radius distance, could I find out where the centre of said circle is? Anyone?

That sounds like some sort of crazy maths you're doing there. This might sound silly but couldn't you just draw an arc of the radial distance from each point and then where the arcs meet is the centre?

Crazy GPS points going around in circles. And the scale needs to be in set coordinates on some fancy processing software so I can't really draw it by hand. But that link you gave has a formula on how to do it.

Close. It's SMS. GIS is too computery, too much data analysing for my tastes. I'm also surprised to hear someone knows about GIS. No one I talk to know what SMS, GIS or Geomatics is, so I just say Surveying when asked what I do at Uni.

Well i have been surprised by the movie line once again.

Heres the story: I had a spare £20 burning a hole in my pocket from the money the in laws gave me which i used most of which to buy the SDCC Alt Rodimus from Epay with.

I couldnt find anything else on Epay that was reasonable enough (decent prices but they take the piss with shipping) or that the wife hadnt already ordered for me for crimbo so i figured id just go to TRU with some hopes that they would have something to choose from (i know i know, i need to stop fooling myself into thinking that). Of course, they didnt. By the way if anyone ever wants the "towed to safety" two pack or the Blackout and Scorpie two pack i can fill a flat-nosed red articulated lorry full of them for ya! Those **** are everywhere in my TRU! *sigh*.

I had just about given up hope when at the end of the aisle i spotted a shelf for movie voyagers and there he was, in all his icy, ugly bad-ass glory was Voyager Megatron.

I thought "hmm, well i have voyager Prime and i am trying to collect all of the movie figs so why not? Theres nothing else to choose from" so i picked him up.

I got him home and Wow! This is just like Bonecrusher, i always thought he was ugly as arse in Seibertrons pictures but in the flesh, or this case plastic, they look quite awesome, 'specially Megatron! I used to hate the way the voyager mold of him looked in all the pics i have seen but in person he is fuggin brilliant! The ice on him doesnt even bother me!

One question though...are his feet meant to be all springy like that?

Anyway all in all i love Voyager Megatron. He should look nice next to my Voyager Prime repaint (if i can ever finish him).

Your course sounds quite difficult I'm actually a single honours Physical and Environmental Geography student in Bradford. I'm lucky that I've had the option to do GIS - its a new 2nd year module this year and they thought they'd offer it to us final year people as well. I've got some friends at Newcastle although its quite a big uni so I wouldn't expect you to know them.

Yeah the 2 packs and their ridiculous prices are still massing in the York TRU as well. I can't answer your question about the feet though but the leader ones are quite springy as well but that's due to the automorph

They have brought the prices down on the two packs, the blackout one is £29.99 which makes sense now, i didnt look at the price for the BB one.
