I've just come back from rehearsal in Bradford. We were quiet for a change as the drummer was stoned, half volume on 400w rigs is still plenty loud though...

My old band, silverburn's first gig is near legendary as we rattled all the glasses off the bar. :BOOM:

I need to tidy up my spare room and get shelves up so I can display all the TFs - mind you my wife would probably have a fit over how many I've accumulated.

My bank accounts been hit sooooo hard this month (new mortgage & fees, bust laptop etc.) I'm now kinda hoping the new lines don't get here so soon so it's got time to recover first.

Wow. We ask for a Classics Wheelie and the next morning Hasblo have a trademark application in on the name. So... How about the GF Screamer mould in Thundercraker, Skywarp and Ramjet colours to go with Starscream, Dirge and (cough)Thrust(cough).

Having Voyager GF Starscream repainted into Skywarp has always been a bit of a dream of mine. I love that design to death. I really felt cheated when I saw the awful Machine Wars inspired toy they ended up using for TC and Skywarp. I hate that thing. I really can't stand the figures that only have one hand, or no hands even.

I saw and attaks (can't spell) pack in TK Maxx with G1 Prime, G1 Megs, Landmine? and GF Starscream repainted as Skywarp for a fiver the other day, I kinda glanced at it a was about to walk away until I realised it was Skywarp, at which point a little kid picked it up and I had to control myself rather than attempt to wrench it from his hands.

I have a set of KO oversize GF LoC Starscream/Sunstorms for repainting (TC, Skywarp and proper Sunstorm) but it's just not the same.

Attacktix Skywarp is pretty neat, besides him having elephantiasis of the arm cannon. I prefer the SDCC exclusive Legends GF Skywarp though as he actually transforms and has the flip out blade.

I got my Henkei Astrotrain today. The colours are great, but it's true what they say about dark and cool colours being slimming. Even though they're the same size Henkei Astrotrain looks thinner than Classics Astrotrain.

But he looks awesome and I'm really happy with him.

Astrotrain looks great, I really hope Forbidden Planet or Orbital Manga get him in stock.

Sadly no, the width issue is still there... The area is just a little wider now but it will still cut off images that are too wide.

Yeah! Try to repaint him, so you can have a zombie astrotrain to go with zombie starscream.

Keep it. It'll be worth summat somewhere down the line. Just keep it away from yellowing sources so that he stays fresh.

It's been done, sith Classics Jetfire repainted as Silverbolt and the Seeker mould used as the limb bots. The paintwork on the individual bots was superb, although the combined form was somewhat lacking. There should still be a thread on these guys somewhere in the Transtopia forums, but I can't be bothered going looking for it at the moment.

Bug Bite.. We need no more Cliffjumpers.

I might try and get hold of another white Astrotrain now and go for that Eurostar repaint. I don't know why but the idea amuses me.
