There was nowt there. Not a sausage. Just a bunch of Wingbladders and Shitstorms (as I so affectionately call them) clogging the shelves.
My hopes were raised when I saw a box on the floor. But it was full of Dr Who 5" action figures.
#@*!#^
I kicked it all the way down the isle as I left. Stupid Dr Who **** clogging the store.
So, I dunno whether there'll be any there when you go on Saturday Pot, but there's nothing there right now. Me mother's gonna journey to the one in Oldbury on Saturday during her lunch break, and get me them from there instead.
Yep Frimal, useless as always
I see the scalpers have already yanked as many animated figures as they can.
I hope they release a voyager Sentinel and deluxe Wreck Gar

My parents think I'm spending what little money I have on some stupid meter for my dad for father's day.
They are sorely mistaken.
I don't work a job, so I rarely ever have money.
They don't buy me much at all, so they can cater for themselves.

So with that in mind, any sign of Animated in Middlesborough or Leeds yet folks? I feel a shopping trip coming on.
edit - I've just been having a browse through some of the preorders on BBTS, namely the case assortment preorders. $90 gets you 8 deluxes or 4 voyagers, with some multiples in most instances. One of the wave 2 Universe assortments for example gets you all of the wave 1 and 2 deluxes with an extra Sunstreaker, Prowl and Galvatron. Now a question for you good people, if I was to start buying in case assortments would anyone on here be interested in taking extras of my hands in sales or trades? With shipping and possible addition of VAT taken into account on top of the asking price I'd probably be looking for UK retail or slightly below for sales of figures, or pretty much anything that I'm missing that you might want to part with for trades, anything that both parties are happy with really. Since we seem to be about in line, or slightly ahead with Animated releases at the momernt it might not be worth doing anything with Animated until the later waves, but this could give us all a head up on Universe releases at reasonble prices roughly in line with they're US release. If there's some interest I can place a few preorders and see how we all make out with this, just wanted to gauge if there would be any interset from my fellow ODBers.

We gotta take my bro to work tomorrow for ten, so we'll be going to Oldbury TRU tomorrow morn in search of animated goodness. Fingers crossed for BB and battle begins 2-pack!
It's certainly summat to consider Waaaaghlord
We'll see how my finances stand in a few weeks. Usually my tf buys are totally random, as I get money on random occasions.
But it'd be nice, that's for sure.

Bulkhead (for me)
Cyb Megatron (for me)
2x Starscream (1 for me, 1 up for grabs)
2x Grimlock (1 for me, 1 reserved for DARKAGEIS)
2x Lugnut (1 for me, 1 up for grabs)
If anyone's interested in any of the up for grabs ones post here or pm me. These should be with me within a month, probably sooner and I wouldn't want to see any cash from anyone before I've got them in hand and can work out what the UK shipping will be. £18 each or trade for an A/E/C era voyager or ultra (loose would be fine so long as it's complete) that I need.
If this gos well I'll start getting in some preorders for case quantities of forthcoming deluxes and see how we gwt along.
Worst case scenario as far as I can see is that I get stung with a hefty VAT bill, end up ebaying them for UK RRP and still break even (on what I would have been spending at retail anyway). If this looks like a good bet for getting your voyagers give me a shout and with any luck I can make this a regular thing.

Yeah Frimal, it's confusing on paper. But you'd understand it in RL.
I can't abide my sister at all for instance, yet people I greatly dislike to the point of hatred I tend to be delightful to...

There are a few others of similar size that I need, but those would be the main ones off the top of my head. Other offers are welcome though. I'd part with the two remaining 'cons for about three WW 6"s if anyone wanted to shift some of those. Any takers?

And now the best bit (as if getting rid of my brother wasn't good by itself). We called at the Hull TRU on the way back and they had all wave 1 deluxes and voyagers (although no 2-pack). I picked up Starscream, Prowl, BB and Lockdown - however, to satisfy the TF cravings I get after buying new ones, I've decided to open 1 a week starting with Starscream today.
Very cool figure, although his transformation is very simple for a voyager class toy. All in all, I'd recommend buying him.

What sort of meter you after? If it's a Multi-meter for Voltages etc then I might be able to sort you out a decent 'un cheap or maybe just postage, if I'm feeling especially generous at the time.
That's if I can remember where I put the damn things!

I highly recommend Oldbury TRU instead. They had lots of everything!
I picked up BB and the 2-pack. BB is too big, but I'll live. Both of the 2-pack figures are awesome, and the punch action doesn't get in the way like on the classics figures.
I wanna get cybertron mode Prime next. I really am keen on this series' Prime design.
