i'm gutted as i can no longer say i have ever owned an poopy animated figure, it feels so forced

i don't no what to do with it, will try and give it to my lil sister

only botcon flak can lift my spirits

+10 sympathy to you there Mr still pretending not to be a geek!

Every christmas or birthday I always end up wanting to say to my family "thank you for the thought, it was very sweet of you, thank you for buying me something that utterly debases something very close to my heart! Thank you for showing how little you really know me"

If I get another poopy Star Wars/Dr Who/Lotr parody book I'll going to scream! or the TF movie talking keyring that's never been touched, let alone opened. It's either shite like that or 5 copies of the Dark Knight on DVD....

No TF news as I'm still waiting for the minibot legends to hit the stores and praying Cyclonus hits asda while the £6.00 uni deluxe deal is on, otherwise I'm not gonna get him. My multiple LoC sunstorms arrived but I'm not going to be painting them up for a long while yet but I'll post pics of my mini-seeker army when they are done.

It has been quiet round here. Mini-collier got a lightsaber recently and we've been having fun with that, especially when he plays air guitar with it. Other than that I've been blocked from the PC as I've been installing extractors fans and doing serious DIY.

EDIT: bollox! I've spend most of tonight downlaoding & installing the Free online game Mabinogi only to find the UK isn't supported! Barstewards!

Hey guys, havn't been around as much due to being in the midst of the busy season at work, drinking excesively to cope with the busy season at work and possibly soon ending the batchellor lifestyle that I love so much. I've been single for so long that the thought of settling down with somebody that I really like is actually quite scary, I'd never even realised that I had any particular comitment phobias as it's just not something that I've thought about for a good long while. Just have to play things by ear and see where they go.

Oh, just to rub salt in the wounds a dear old friend of mine works for Holiday Inn and gets me a mates rate of around 30 quid a night. Splitting that with Runya Fri/Sat(/Sun) and Gen when she comes across from Leicester Mon/Tues I'll be at the hotel for the best part of a week for less than a ton. Of course if things do work out with Steff in the interim announcing that I'm off to Brum for 5 days to share a hotel room with a couple of lovely ladies might not go down too well. Might just tell her that it's just going to be a load of sweaty, middle aged, slightly overweight geeks that live in basements (or you lot :P ).

One thing to bear in mind is that while dealers have been reducing stuff towards the end of the day to avoid taking too much stock back with them at the last few cons we probably won't see as much stuff getting marked down until the Sunday with a full weekend format this year.

Bit harsh that the link reads ' /Entertainment/ ' though!

Mabinogi not available in the UK but I liked the idea as it's a free online role playing game where it's very open and you don;t just gain levels by killing monsters, you can learn to compose music and all sorts. I thought it'd be worth a try while I'm waiting tor Star Wars the Old Republic comes out.

If it ever makes it over here it might be worth a peek: http://www.mmorpg.com/gamelist.cfm/game/330

Now to catch up with part 2 of TFA Transwarped!

I'm surprised Jade Goody kicked the bucket so soon, can't say I'll miss her.

I suppose she did good in reminding the world just how horrible cancer really is.

Talk like Shatner day eh? He is a god, I may have to go through with it.

It has been getting quieter in here lately. I guess most of us just don't have the time any more, doomboy buggered off, astrofurby disappeared, and there's many others too that have vanished.

I'll be around even less soon. I'm taking up parkour to along with my musical "career", and then there's always my degree to deal with.
I'll try and get on every now and then to spout **** and comment on stuff that you guys say, and I do still read everything posted.

Behold, the downfall of the mighty spammer....

There's just very little of interest available at the moment - once I get my MP Grimlock delivered I'm pretty much done until after all the movie stuff leaves the shelves.

It's gonna be so quiet in here... =(

It might even make it to the second page of the sightings forum like it used to.

Thankfully, I've only got 6-7 weeks of uni left for this year, and then a hefty 3-4 months off. Sure, I'll be out a lot at the gym and such, but I should have more time to be around here again, like the old days.

Parkour's awesome, all the best with it CC! I used to freeclimb but then I ended up with Mrs O and it scared her shitless so, like a fool, I had to stop.
