Hi there,
New to the boards, thought I'd mention that Asda Living at Crown Point in Leeds has Generations Drift and Thrust in stock. My wife picked me up both as early presents for my birthday on friday!

Welcome Crankcase79 & Happy Birthday for Friday!
Another Yorkshire bod, excellent, and Leeds at that!
Hmmm Asda Living has Drift & Thurst, then hopefully Asda Morley will have WFC Prime & Bee tonight as Mrs Collider has wrecked my shopping plans by coming along as well. No Tescos or Toys R Us for me

Bought Drift in Smyths in Cardiff today - last one! They had a couple of Thrusts left but no Primes or Bumblebees.

At least it's starting to filter thru. Considering Hasbro's recent price cock-up, I's be interested to know how much people are picking them up for?

Thanks for the warm welcome!
My local asda killingbeck store hasn't got any of the generations stuff yet, in fact they only have ROTF scouts and legends.
Drift and thrust set me back 13 quid each give or take a few pence. There were no WFC Primes or Bees unfortunately. TRU had nothing new in on Monday, will check Tesco tomorrow.
If I spot any WFC toys I will post asap!

Nothing in Asda Morley, nothing bar a couple of RPMs and the two pack scouts (air raid & storm surge) which despite being on clearance (£7.00) for ages are now back up to £12.00.
Star Action Figures have pre-orders generations at £10.95 each and £3.00 P&P (per order) so I'm seriously considering ordering Prime & Bee in their restock due when Wave 2 arrives so I'll add megatron in as well, hopefully that'll arrive mid August and'll be slightly cheaper than buying in store.
I'll probably pre-order soundwave in a seperate order (after pay day) as well as they only send when an order is fully complete.
Darn! I've just spent my budget for TFs on a POD for guitar I didn't think I'd win on ebay, I really hope the WH40K Advanced Space Crusade I'm selling goes for a good price!

PCCs were in at my local Argos, the 5packs anyway. I was checking online. the 2 packs are listed on there as well.

Also looking for Universe Repugnus and Overbite, Frostbite and Longhorn and any Webdiver toys.

What don't you like about them?
They're not particularly anything I want either, but I thought they looked pretty nifty when put together.
...Although the proportions are a little weird, but then I prefer to see my robots with close to human proportions.

For me they just feel like an anti climax.
Yay Combiners!....oh....drones....
It doen't help that I didn't like the energon combiners hands & feet and PCCs are just too similar. With 3rd parties doing such great updates for the other combiners they just pale in comparison.
I'm more interested in the a few of PCC scout 2 packs just for the scout figures.

Re: United Kingdom Transformers sightings
yeh like S_C sed i'm also not a massive fan of drones
although the scout packs with the target masters are pretty cool (just the target master parts), the only figure that mite appeal to me is huffer, but i won't be getting him because he's to big and would prefer him if he was legends size like
warpath, wheelie, bumbles, cliffy etc
ano you only collect skywarps now tekka, but are u interested in any of the generations figs? you have to admit drift is pretty smexi

I was considering getting a Drift and a Blurr, taking them apart and reassembling them as a Blift hybrid thingamajig, and christening it as a new original character.
But even though the daggers and the sword are so perfect... I decided against it.
I will get a Legends Megs when he's released though.

With all this G1 love I think I might start selling off the majority of my collection. My collecting aims were only really to complete a neo G1 collection, so unicron trilogy can go.
Will keep movie, animated, BW and MP/Alt though, since I love those series.
I just really hope that deluxe Perceptor looks better when it's transformed properly. I'd love to have a sleek deluxe Perceptor that I can give Blurr's sniper rifle to.
Though I'd love a device label Perceptor. Maybe make him a camera rather than a microscope, then a Reflector repaint would be easy work.

i've done the same thing recently, esp with alot of the CHUG stuff being customs and alot more expensive
i'm sticking to neo-universe and G2
btw loving your idea for perceptor, but a perceptor thats a microscope is pretty sweet, i can see kids buying it aswell if its a working one to like G1 perceptor

I can't believe it's only a few days away. I wonder if we're going to have another idiot asking if we can go in when there's a large group of people waiting to go in again this year.
