In the Smyths at St Helens, I found RTS Jazz, Tracks, Mindset and Fallback. In other words, RTS wave 1. I Got Jazz and WFC Megatron. Also, I found MP Grimlock in Warrington's Toys R Us, but that was around late November, so they might not have him anymore. #-o

Hey folks! Everyone seen Kup's new bonce? Excited?

Anyone just want a new head without the cygar? Cos I only want the head with the cygar, and I've preordered a set! Lemme know :)

Welcome new guy! :D

@Electron-- Storm pointed me towards Seib's BiS Cyclonus gallery, they've done some pics of the comic book that came with the set. Not great pictures, not scan quality, but good enough to satisfy me at least.

Also! Anyone bought a set of RTS Tracks reprolabels? Still could do with the more arty flaming bot symbol!

I think it's the full comic, but not brilliant shots. Enough to satisfy curiosity if you just wanna check out the tf's bot mode designs and such.

err we joked about it but I haven't seen him on since, not sure if we're going serious with it or what tbh. We'll see!
Afraid I'm on xbox for WFC :( Not a fan of Black Ops either, doesn't feel like an improvemant over MW2 so much as just dropping in period weapons in place of modern ones. I hate period weapons.

Ah more games appeal to me on xbox, I used to love Halo. And I'm a Nintendo fanboy first and foremost, so I hate Sony a wee bit :P
Nah don't think I need any other stickers. Was tempted by Red Alert, but I can live without those tbh. Would rather spend the money on new heads for the figures instead.

If I remember correctly my best was 18. Never did get good enough for nukes, but I was damn good at my peak. Last February :lol

Sounds good mate, at the end of the day as long as I get the flaming bot sticker I'm after I'm happy! :D

That's darn impressive, especially considering some of the dickhead tactics other players occasionally use. It's always the clinch though, you never have nuke equipped when you're playing badass.

I used to get a few angry messages from underage children calling me a cheater and such, just report them for being underage and leave it at that.

Well, it doesn't make a bad looking Trailbreaker, but I'm personally not sure Movie Ironhide would fit with classics. But that's your call mate, looks pretty nice otherwise.

I've got Premium Ironhide here with me next to RTS Jazz. Afraid I don't have a camera, but I can do an analysis.

The head looks almost spot on to G1 Soundwave to me. If you're not overly fussy I'd say he could pass as a classics Trailbreaker, but I think his design is a little bit too busy for the true chunky classics feel. I think in alt mode he's a bit too big compared to Jazz, but that's because the Topkick mold is huge in this mode (just like the real thing).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_m2cBaoyvOM
That shows the figure pretty well. Note the front car portions can be positioned much flatter than that, I have mine locked into the wheel arches in the shoulder connection points to make them stay horizontal and close to the body.

Generations/RTS are set to be a main line now, apparently Hasbro has stated that they will be continuing it through the movie madness this year. I fully expect we'll see a decent deluxe class Trailbreaker/Hoist mold this year.

Kinda same, got a fair few tfs I'm picking up and yet to pick up, but I've still got so much to get rid of! I've decided to get rid of my AEC Prime display now too to make room for BW and Movie stuff on my lower shelves. I need two whole shelves for classics stuff so far, not including season 3 and beyond (they're on my cupboard).

It'd be nice if I could wave my wand and all the stuff I want rid of turned into the cash I'd like for em. I'd have so much space!

I'd have so much space!

i'm hoping smyths will pick up the next wave of stuff, so i'm seeing whats happening with those guys before i start pre-ordering stuff

i'm quite lucky to only of started collecting recently, and i didn't have to much to get rid of, i've now learnt my lesson and sticking to neo-g1 and G2

now gonna fall for the animated trap like most of you guys, so however much i like tf prime i'm not buying anything there

neo-g1 is pretty expensive as it is anyway with its 3rd party kits

display space used to be my biggest problem until christmas, because the way i see it is wats the point in having the nice tf's if you can't display them the way you want them to be

either way its gonna be another expensive year

btw Mr O, looked at stockade, although he looks ok he's just to small for me, thanks for the suggestion

is anyone interested in the hardhead upgrade? i'm likin the look of the new one now =(

That's a good point, I wonder when it'd be a good idea to start huntin' for em...probably towards end of January I guess. Might leave Kup for now then, and get me ma to grab 'im for me if possible!

ergh I like my animated stuff, but honestly I don't have the space. I want to cut down to just movie, BW and neo-G1 stuff now so they need to go. Sadly the line is just too young to shift for a reasonable price.
And it is indeed, quite expensive. I'd rather collect just this line from now on and be able to buy awesome upgrades guys like Fansproject, venksta and Igear put out.

I'm really hoping that the movie craze is big again this year, so I can make some decent cash from the stuff I plan to get rid of in the summer.

The Hardhead upgrade looks fantastic, I'm thinking of buying the comic version that's planned. Already got a Hardhead on the way to me from a very nice guy in the US (selling it me for £20 + shipping!), but what I'm thinking is I'd rather buy a head that isn't a headmaster; it'd be far cheaper and I think headrobots will probably charge £20 odd for their set...
