I did notice that if you spend over £100 you get a £15 gift card so that could be seen as a price drop if there were two things at TRU you wanted.

Guilty! I snagged that one, sorry.
He's currently chilling in my dining room, with Chromia and Scoop.
Haha relieved to find out he went to one of us on here rather than a scalper intending to only sell on for a higher profit!

I too was hoping for a price drop on him, would have been extremely tempted if he had dropped to between £70 to £80. Woulda just had to figure out where to put him

Having a bit of a clear out and will be putting a load f stuff on eBay in the next few days. G1 Roadbuster is up already, will closely be followed by a fair chunk of other stuff including Masterpiece Megs. The G1 stuff isn't in great nick but there is a load of weapons going on there as well.
I need me some monies for Masterpiece Wheeljack and Ultra Magnus so any help would be great...
Love ya bye!

They didn't seem to have Nemesis prime in, but there were 3 or 4 other CJs there, if anybody's up this way.
I also scoped out Hero Mashers in Liverpool 1's TRU. They had Jetfire and Rodimus in, they're a lot bigger than I thought they'd be from their product shots. I went looking there for Slash and Drift, but found only strafes. So that confirms that they've started putting Wave 2 on the shelves as well as just on their website.
Generations Combiner Wars stuff is all up for pre-order on KAPOW! as you've all seen from the main page by now probably. Fire up those wallets! It's all due in Mid-December. Powerglide, Windcharger, Bombshell, Prime, 4/5 bits of Superion and Drag Strip. This will be the best Christmas ever. If they announce a legends Brawn in scale with Cliff, Gears, Bee, Huffer, and Windcharger, that will cement generations as the single greatest toyline ever for me.

Cheers for the update regarding the Combiner Wars stuff. I like the look of Superion but really not keen on Menasor. Although the individual Stunticons look great, even if you're not getting the exact versions (slightly disappointed), his combined mode just looks...off.
By the way, I see you've got Generations Drift in your "Wants" list in your sig. Not sure if you're after him 1st or 2nd hand but I'm sure I saw him on Masterforce for just over £20 quid (new I think). If you've not ordered from them before then I'd recommend them. Had some good business with them.

I'm at a cross roads with my g1 stuff, not sure what I want to do with it. I mean I much prefer the later releases but I do like having Galvatron standing next to his universe counterpart.

Before Va'al clips me around the back of my head, I know this isn't a Transformers Sighting but, like many of us here, this is the best (only?) place to mention things related to Transformers here in the UK!
They have listed as appearing on both days Transformers UK comic artists...Collectormania wrote:Collectormania (Milton Keynes) 22 will be taking place Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th of November, we will be taking over the New Arena which is attached to the Stadium. Collectormania 22 promises to bring you some of your favourite stars from TV, Film and Comics as well as a whole host of fun activities including photo shoots, panels, autograph sessions and hundreds of stalls full of TV and Film memorabilia to browse.
LEE SULLIVAN
MARTIN GRIFFITHS
LEE TOWNSEND
Sullivan is probably the most well known for his work on the covers and internal art on the original Marvel UK run of Transformers.
All three artists have also worked on the Panini run of Transformers Armada.
Despite the lack of current big names this would still be cool for new and old fans alike to catch up with these artists and chat about their times working on Transformers and perhaps get some comics signed or grab a sketch!
PM ME PLEASE!-

That's pretty cool, but my 2014 is spent for events now. ThoughtBubble this weekend is draining everything I have, money and energy wise.

I got my shipping notice from them yesterday aswell. Pretty excited, hope he's worth the delays.

Awesome, how is he? Have you encountered any issues with the head?
I was thinking of waiting out on the Takara version, but there doesn't seem to be a big difference.

Alt mode is beautiful and beats the pants off any of the third party efforts IMO. Transformation is very simplistic, but thats because it's nigh on identical to the G1 figure. He'll fit classics or IDW shelves perfectly.
As close as I've seen to a perfect figure in a while. Go get him.

I can confirm he is awesome! For the most part his joints are tight, wrists a little loose but I can tighten them, his shoulders are a little loose but tightening the screws should help with that. He even has ankle tilts, they're stiff but they are there. Arcana is actually pretty solid too, he didn't come jammed into the socket and the ball joint isn't too loose either, there's a bit of flash plastic on him but that's easily cut off.
I too am thinking of pre-ordering some combiners wars stuff from Kapow. I'm kind of wanting to get the Armada Leader Megatron (Armada is what got me back in to Transformers, growing up watching that before school) but I wish he was a little more of an update to the original toy/design rather than a retool of the other Megatron Leader, I might wait and see if the gestalts actually make it to UK stores before I bite on those though.

MemphisR56 wrote:No QC issues on my brainstorm. His moulding detail is all very sharp and crisp. Frankly beautiful. Nice tight joints. Clicktastic ratchets. Only head issue I've experienced was a little mould flashing on one of arcana's arms which was easily trimmed with a craft knife. His neck locking mechanisms works perfectly and he has no isses with his neck joint being floppy or scratching paint off arcana's head, nothing. Just a small scratch in the teal paint on his shins.

Sounds great, I'm definitely going to pick him up sooner rather than later!
Now I just have to figure out how the hell I'm going to get the money for the Combiner Wars figures. Not bothered about Prime as I'm not into the idea of him being a combiner and I prefer the Classics Voyager figure to the way this one looks. I might hold out on Drag Strip too as I'm not a big fan of the way Menasor is looking. Waiting on some more in-hand images on him. Superion is looking great though.
