Yeah, I've been popping into TRU for the AOE dinobots, but beyond wave 1, they had nothing. Had to get lockdown off Kapow.

Still, Omegalock has some MP wheeljack's in stock if anyone needs one. Mine's sitting in the post depot for me, since the one I ordered from anime-export mysteriously vanished in the post. And they aint replying.

Skids and Waspinator Generations Wave is in stock on Forbidden Planet's website. judging by the fact that my preorder has just moved into the (processing) phase, I'm pretty sure that means it's about to be dispatched. GO NOW, WHILE IT'S STILL IN STOCK.

They also have Gears & Eclipse, who's also on his way to me now. :grin:

I got Skids ages ago from Masterforce, price matched with Forbidden Planet too. They're good guys, I'd recommend them.

I think Kapow and Omegalock do too. Don't quote me on that, but I'm sure I've read somewhere that they will. I was surprised to get a Forbidden Planet price match though, as I was under the impression that FP got bigger discounts on their goods and could sell for cheaper. Then again, I know nothing about the world of retail so I could be talking out of my backside...as per usual.

I had that Grimlock set out of Tesco over a month ago marked down to £20. Admittedly they've only just shown up at my smaller local store for the full £30. Watch out for the paint aps on the legs, went through a whole shelf to find one I was happy with. Open to offers on the Prime if anyone was wanting just that.

Got an ebay haul turn up this week.

Bought a bunch of Generations stuff I was missing, mainly loose - Nightbeat, Crosscut and Dreadwing.

Also got Swerve, boxed to go with Skrapnel and Tailgate that I pocked up from Kapow last week.

I also took a gamble and bought an Arcee off of the EBay user Lena that keeps popping up on the news page. Cost me £13.83, no postage cost and came without packaging. Took a couple of weeks but I am really pleased. Also the figure is gorgeous!

I bought a few more bits off of her so I will let you guys know if they are any good.

On a sightings front
Toys R Us had the Chrome Classics Prime 2 pack for £30, also a buy 2 get one free offer on Hasbro stuff so I got that and 2 Nerf guns for Christmas pressies

I'm going to hit eBay in the new year to track down a few pieces like RiD ultra magnus so I can make Omega Prime

and maybe complete a g1 combiner. That is if I decide to keep the G1 stuff I have.

Mrs. Mephis bought me the chrome grimlock set today!
It scanned through the till at £20, even though the shelf tag says £30. First one I picked up off the shelf had perfect paint apps. Today was a good day.

He looks much nicer in person than his horribly mistransformed stock photo. Especially stood next to the FOC version. Only drawback is that his chest shows signs of chrome wear after transforming to altmode and back only once. I just hastily stashed him on my classics shelf where my old grimlock used to be.

Highly dissapointed in the silver knight prime that came with him though. So much gaudy silver chrome everywhere. Massive kibbly backpack. Super fragile pegs, combined with terrifyingly tight joints. I'll probably just put him straight into storage in his box lest a swift breeze cause him to spontaneously crumble to dust.

I'll be going to Asda later to post a box of Beasts, but I doubt they will have anything interesting

I ordered some more stuff from Lena... Including a loose MP sideswipe... Paid KO price for it so if it isn't real I don't feel duped, but if it is real, Bargain! See how that turns out though...
