On the corresponding area of the wing, where the wing-tilt joint is, there's a small rectangular piece which looks like nothing, It's a fold-out tab to lock the wing into his back. There's a subtle tip of the hat to it in step 15 of the instructions and you can just about see it in this image.

I don't know if I am the first to say this, but I was looking around my local Toys R Us and noticed the Masterpiece Grimlock knocked down from £99.99 to £69.99, if that helps. Now to convince my Dad to buy it for me for Christmas, because at the moment he is against it. :BANG_HEAD:

I just think of hasbros treatment of any where that's not America and it disgruntles me

And hi there, you could ask him for the sunstorm, that's cheaper (also you think it's hard getting your parents to buy things, try getting your partner to do it :lol:

Sunstorm doesn't really interest me, and I am only 14, I don't have a partner

lol............if my kids were 14, and they asked for MP Grimlock id sell a kidney to get them one lol. I got mine a couple of years ago and its still one of the best TF figures ive got or ever seen, hell i prefer him to my Brave Max. Just keep nagging, it wears most of us oldies down

Wow, makes a huge difference. I thought those black bits were part of a hinge!!. Never occurred to me to try to fold them out. They transform a slightly disappointing, floppy figure.

Hey all.

Dang it, now I'm going to have to get a Sunstorm! I already have Screamer, Skywarp and Acid Storm so I guess another seeker wont hurt.

I thought I'd posted about my stuff from Lena, but I'll mention it again as I may have neglected to hit send on the post lol.

My MP Sideswipes arrived, they are both originals, not knock offs and are perfect, no box unfortunately but I only paid £20 and £25 for them so can hardly complain! I may eBay one of them, the other is for a gift, but as it is a Special Edition one (no Autobot marking n the bonnet) I may keep it even though I already have one.

I also got Chromia and another Roadbuster (I'm not sure why I got him as I have him already...). Chromia is really nice, my one has a few paint spots (boo) but is a lovely figure, almost unrecognizable as Prime Arcee and the bike mode is awesome.

I'm not sure how much I'd eBay a Sideswipe for. Once I factor in shipping they cost me about £30 or so but being very much skint (and really wanting a MP Wheeljack and Bee!) I would probably start bidding at about £25 and see where it goes from there.

IF I sell it.

As an aside... does anyone want a bargain MP5 Megs? I want to get shot of my one. Ebay banished him from the listings so I'm not getting any joy getting rid of him.

Only real issues with Chromia for me are that her shoulders are a little prone to pop off and feel a little loose. Could just be my one, but I seem to remember my Prime Arcee having a similar issue so it might be the mold.

Hey the problems with Megs don't affect transformation, he's fine really. Just a bit cosmic rusty

And no box insert. I just want rid of him because he looks a bit out of place with the other MP's...

Has anyone been to Smyths this week? I checked online and it says the new RiD Warriors are in stock at my nearest store (Charlton when I'm at work) but I don't have time to get down there on an off chance...

They aren't on the Toys r us website yet so your guess is a good as mine.

At least the Warriors seem to not be a TRU exclusive.

Anyone reckon TRU will be stocking the upcoming Combiner Wars figures? I've not got the cash to pre-order them on the usual fan sites because of Christmas but I'll probably be okay in a couple of months.
