So hearing the news that Argos will be stocking some of the newer wave of Combiner Wars, I felt a visit to my local store in Bedford town centre was in need!
Pumped in the CW Voyager code into their stock-checker device to find '1 In Stock' which I asked to view, so imagine my surprise when this guy turned up...
I didn't pick him up as I was hoping for Hotspot but the assistant checked stock deliveries and said more where due in today and later in the week, so I put in a reservation for todays delivery which I shall report on this evening!
It may have been mentioned already but their system says £29.99 but their catalogue says £24.99, so if they give anyone any jip just wave their own laminated book of dreams if their face and tell em to suck it!

Does anyone else find it slightly annoying the way they have different items listed under the same catalogue number?
I guess its because the figures come in a mixed case but it would be nice if they all got their own code!

After reading about Wave 3 voyagers coming into Argos, I decided to check both my local Argos'.
The first had but a single Silverbolt, so I went as I already have him, and I went to the second one and it said they had only one.
It was a Hotspot!
I made them look at the catalogue and managed to get it knocked down to £22.99!! Now I can finally complete my Defensor!

He was the only CW Voyager they had and as mentioned in previous posts the swines tried to scam 29.99 from me but a quick point towards their own catalogue meant I got him for 22.99. Result!
Also I picked up Deluxe Blades from Smyths at the same place for 11.99. Passed on Rook, I'd rather use alpha bravo instead! All deluxes were 11.99 except First Aid weirdly who was 15.99?!? WTF?
