In a report at indieWIRE, it was revealed that Transformers Revenge of the Fallen was to premiere in the United States on June 22, 2009 at the Los Angeles Film Festival.
In a statement made by Festival Director Rebecca Yeldman, she stated: “The Festival is delighted to welcome back Michael Bay and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen after our successful launch two years ago. It’s a wonderful opportunity for Festival audiences to get a sneak peek at what will surely be one of this summer’s biggest action films.”
