I was hoping that BB's package would say more than his name to identify him as the new '08 version (besides his bio that is). I'll just have to pay extra attnetion to the figure inside the package when looking for him.

Oh I wouldn't worry. There's an extensive difference between the two figures. You can't miss him.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. I guess I should rephrase my earlier statement. I'll be able to realize it's a different figure, but parents (and some kids) will not. In short, bad marketing on Hasbro's part.

Hadn't thought of that, but you're right. Imagine some kid's disappointment on his birthday when he asked for the '08 verison but mom can't tell the difference so he gets the '77 version instead.

Why can't I find '08 BB on the Hasbro website? When does it come out?

At first I didn't like the Arcee mould, but it's grown on me a bit over time, I can see what they were going for with the uneven head, I think it was meant to look like hair over her face or something. She doesn't hold a candle to BB though.
