Aligned Devastator is made of up 6 or 7 Constructicons. And, if there are enough Constructicons present, multiple Devastators can be formed.

And if there's even more Constructicons, you can have more than one Devastator fighting alongside a whole swarming army of Constructicons.

Yep, there's that many. The Constructicons were a whole labor caste of individuals instead of only a small subgroup. High Councilor Drivetrain was (still is?) considered their patriarch.
