First let me say I've been out of the loop in the forums for a while.

But, I usually get my info from the front page and I have not seen much about TF2.

Does anyone else feel alienated on this movie? Part of the fun of the first movie was the interaction between the fans and the production staff. I liked the leaked stuff too, like Bonecrusher's alt form. Without knowing how the final characters would look, how could we have guessed what Bonecrusher would turn in to?

Maybe it's just too early in the production, but I want more stuff to speculate over!

Part of the fun of the first movie was the interaction between the fans and the production staff.

So what kind of utopia were you at for the first movie? I think between the nagging and whining, people bitching about the movie, people bitching about bitching, people openly flaming other people for not agreeing, then demanding a right to their own opinion when they're told to tone it down, it was much more of a headache.

The production staff is more open to the fans this time around I can see some of the issues on both sides of the fence but most of the fan base made absolute asses of themselves with the petty whining about flames on optimus and the mouth guard as well as the lowest of lows death threats against Bay.

Bay is not the best director and may not have been my first choice but I thought he did a decent enough job and will listen to the fans a little more this time and make improvements.

If fans are feeling alienated then that's because of his disinformation strategy after his computer got hacked on the first movie.

Honestly people...if you were a hollywood director, producer, or even just your everyday self and your computer was hacked and a lot of information stolen about projects you were working on or even just personal information like bank accounts, phone numbers, addresses etc how would you feel about it ?

I don't blame Bay one bit for it.
