On Time Warner's Bright House Networks digital cable On demand this afternoon they have playing "Total Meltdown".

I'm guessing the reason that Cartoon Network didn't play this episode was that there is mention of humans being injected with steroids. That's just a guess I don't know the real reasons as to why they didn't broadcast this episode but I think it is a good guess.
