Hi all! this is the first custom that i've posted on this forum. i present to you golfire grimlock done up in gold, chrome, and black chrome! the finish on this figure is very bright and shiney

. i'll post more of my work at a later time. in the meantime, the last picture pretty much sums up all my work so far. and just an FYI.. the Golfire Grimlock is up for grabs on ebay! just search for golfire grimlock and it should come up... (shameless plug, i know :oops:

ooooohhh shiny! i have to say i am thoroughly impressed. grimlock looks great!
i thought you had found some really nice chrome spray at first but then it dawned on me that is truly reflective. thats just awsome to be able to replicate that chrome look at will.
care to share your secret? that would be a most welcome tool to use on weapons and certain parts that should be silver but are just gray.

EDIT: i cant stop looking at those gorgeous pictures. i can think of so many things that would look better in that style.
you need to start upgrading some bumblebees to goldbugs.

i guess that for the chrome u use alsa corp products -cause nobody can beat them in shinnyness .
the gols is alcad2 ?

any way my question is how does the alsa corp products deals with handeling ? finger prints? minor scratches from transformation ?

will those awsome transformers repaints that u make r transformable?

Ya know what else might look cool, is an Animated Megatron painted in the shiny chrome like G1. I'd definately try it if I could do up a cool paint job like that! :grin:
