Animated Megatrons Cannon and posing issues

I was Hoping to high hell that Animated Megatron has enough articulation to move his cannon into a position where it is on top of his arm i dont have him but i'm preaty sure you COULD whether it would stey there or not annother issue beut could you? and if you cant, can you modify the toy so you can?

MakA good way to make ball-joints tighter is using superglue. a thin coat of it on the ball is enough.
