Has anyone pre-ordered from them before? Currently I have OS pre-ordered on BBTS - but Ages 3 and Up has him cheaper. But not much cheaper, and I have heard only great reviews of BBTS. At this point I'm thinking the near guarantee of service from BBTS is worth the extra $$....
thanks,
I.P.

They're definitely reputable, I've had several good transactions with them. However they can be a little slow and they tend to get preorders later than the other retailers.
Spencer is a really nice guy and he does his best to make sure that everything is right. They are also in Canada if that matters to you.
TFsource is another great retailer that is a little cheaper than BBTS.

Definitely on the slow side...I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago now and have still yet to received it. Though I don't know how much fault is theirs...it sounded as though they shipped the order the following day, but as stated above, they are located in Canada. Haven't received many packages from Canada so I don't know what is typical.

I ordered from them, literally during the holidays, and my box took about two weeks to arrive, which I thought quite fair for what's technically international shipping. Everything was packed well and there was a little bonus gift inside.
Not sure I'd bother changing a pre-order if it's just a couple of dollars though.

Thay are good. I've ordered from them before. Takes a little while to get stuff from them to the USA since they are in Canada, and shipping might cost more than BBTS (international vs domestic). If I were you, I'd see if they have something else you want that BBTS does not have to make the order more worthwhile. They have some good quality WST ko's.

I had one transaction with them on in-stock items, the order went smoothly and was shipped promptly (they used recycled mailer box though). Their prices are in the ballpark but selection isn't great. They just recently moved to a bigger physical store (expansion is a good thing I suppose) & their website was revamped as well.
