Anyone have problems posing Quickstrike?

I just got my Airrazor vs Quickstrike set in the mail some time back, & he keeps falling down whenever I raise his cobra arm in a certain direction. Grrrrrrrrrr!!! This decreases his poses by, like, a lot!! Someone give me a solution please!
