Lets say for instance Jazz is hurt bad and unable to transform into his car from and hound is the only one who can get him to ratchet. Could he take him back to the base without dragging him behind with a tow rope?

I daresay if it came down to it, Jazz could just lay down on top of Hound... there might be a bit of toe-draggage, but it should get the job done.

Which bring another thought could they fold eachother up. I mean if they had to force another to transform into thier car or robot form by hand could they?

Not easily, I'd have thought. I can't think why they'd do it offhand, but if they did, they'd probably need extra repairs later, even if it's just a few broken gears. They might be able to help a comrade who's having trouble )say, with a stiff joint), though.
