I've not got an avatar because all my images are too large, but Hollow One and other people have similar avatars, so there must be a place where people get them. Where can I find them?

The very first time I venture into this forum, I see this.

I'm already freaked out. But yeah, those links help, they're perfect 100x100 avatars, so you shouldn't have a problem with their size.
