For me...

When Optimus Prime transforms for the first time in the barn in front of Cade & Lucas, he points his cannon at the screen. 3D worked beautifully.

When Lockdown captured Optimus & Tessa and Cade & Shane chased after them with all this raining debris going on. Kind of a cool effect.

Dinobots charging into Shanghai was it? but basically I loved the way it worked with Grimlock getting ready to ram Optimus and then everything else with Grimmy Slag Strafe and Scorn (yes I said Slag. Might not be a Geewunner but calling him Snarl via animated or Slug just bugs me)
