Jesus's powers are subtle. Devilman's powers are anything but subtle. He is raw power. But I don't see why they would fight though. There is no reason for Devilman to fight good and Jesus would see the goodness within Akira Fudo. Even though Devilman would win a fight, you can't win something you don't compete in.
