Looks Like The Diecast Protoform That Came With The 3 Pack Target Exclusive Of Truck, Protoform, and Prime.

Tiny little immovable fig. 3 inches tall. Don't think he has any joints, and he certainly doesn't transform.

I think you can still find them in stores for around 4 or 5 bucks. Either in the 3 pack or by themselves.

Not really that rare or much of a novelty.

It is the die cast figure that was part of the retail store Targets exclusive set. I'd like to point out though that the gun in that picture DID NOT come with the figure. What you see in the picture is what you get. I also agree its not that RARE, despite being a Target store exclusive.
