Few questions about movie Ironhide.

Motto: "Who the hell do you think I am?"
Weapon: Slingshot
1. Is there any other way to lock the body together at the waist? The small peg doesn't seem to great...

2. Is Ironhide head supposed to be farther back from the body? It's not much, but just curious.

3. Does the front of the truck lock into place when in robot mode?

4. How do I fold up his back? Instruction booklet isn't helping...

Ty in advance.

1. The waist peg area doesn't seat all of the way, which is normal. The fit is pretty snug on mine. It doesn't look like it's all the way down, but it is. Agreed ... this area is a little strange.

2. Yes, his alignment is a little "off." Ironhide probably wouldn't be as good of a skater as Bonecrusher ... :P . Having his head back that far can't be good for his balance.

3. you can lock the front of the truck so that the panels lay flat on his shoulders.(check out the galleries here, they are useful) That is the only way that they will lock down. Eventually, the corners of the plastic bracket will wear themselves round. I don't do it this way, because I think the front end panels look much better on a slight angle. Just my personal preference.

4. The answer is easy. Which way do you like it?

I do it the same was as in Ryan's gallery. This way ... but I fold the bumper back up. This single picture pretty much answers all your questions except the waist area.

Mine also fits pretty snug at the waist, it will be at an angle, but fits into the blue section, and then into a shallow hole in the under side of the truck.

Yes his head is pushed slightly back.

The Truck halves are springy bouncy, not really meant to lock into anything although they can as explained above.
