Consisting of five alts, Sixshot most certainly boasts the more diverse and powerful firepower.

Who is more nimble and agile in the air(jet mode; yes, Sixshot has one)?

Starscream, I would say.

As N_V has put it, Screamer holds the advantage regarding speed and maneuverability. Couple that with his smaller size (perhaps?) and he makes for a more difficult target to engage.

Who has more physical strength in robot mode?

Sixshot, most definitely. He could pummel Screamer into the ground no problem.

If Starscream were to be considered for a victory of some sort, then he'd have to rely on his cunning and aerial prowess. He stands very little chance against Sixshot in a hand-to-hand fight.

In the end, Sixshot ultimately wins.

If he doesn't have this, he has his work cut out for him. He'll have to attack constantly for many hours to have a chance. Sixshot is likely to win.
