[Hip-Hoptimus Rime]

A couple days ago I picked up the yellow Walmart-exclusive Landfill, and he is all that is awesome. Today, just now, I won on ebay a Classics Devastator, complete out-of-box, $20 shipped! Can't wait to pose these bad-dogs together, woo!

If anyone has both of these, can you tell me which one you like more, as far as poseability, variations in combining, etc.? I happen to have Steamhammer and Dust-storm separately, they're the same as the ones included in the Dev set exc. for colors, right? I might want to change up the color schemes a bit. Show me yours, esp. any modded ones! Thanks!

I have both and I have to say I prefer the Consructicons. Mostly because of the Scramble thing they can do with the other Energon combiners. Also, the way they made them combine with the ratcheting pegs makes for really good posability.

While I totally love Landfill, as he looks awesome separate and combined.

I agree the ability to mix and match limbs from other gestalts is also lots of fun. So I also like the energon combiners. I Have all 3 of the energon gestalt center pieces. (Barricade, Storm Jet, Stramhammer) plus all the distinct limb molds once, except for the Blackout mold.

I think from an engineering standpoint, Landfill beats the energon combiners hands down. Still one of my favorites to this day.
