I got the Animated accessory pack yesterday- it's a really nice addition for the series-especially Ratchets magnet hand attachments. They include metallic decals with the set as well. They really dress up the allspark container.

I also picked up the miniature Spike and Sparkplug sets too. BBTS had them on clearance for the set of two for $14.99, which was a lot cheaper than at the Botcons. They are in scale with G1 and actually fit in Optimus' cab. They look cool standing next to the robots as opposed to that overpriced ugly set out for the Animated series.

Was at Target Glenbrook- they finally haveWreck-Gar(glad I got mine a long time ago), still haven't seen Inferno around town anywhere yet. They still have RB Magnus, quite a few voyagers and some activators. They had marked down the Animated deluxes and sold out, now they have Universe on clearance for $8.63. Guess to make room for the movie toys? They had plenty of Cheetor, Snokescreen, and Dinobot. I would have picked up another Cyclonus to repaint if they had one.

I have to say this is one of the nicer MP's as of late. The detail to him and all the extras is amazing.
He's solid with great poseability and the light up fist feature is very cool with either the sword or the gun. The eye swap is a nice touch and his little drinks even peg into the chromed serving tray.
If you are debating on this one, it's a go, IMO.

I picked up the Marvel Crossover Thor yesterday at K-Mart. What a POS! Don't bother...

Stopped at WM Lima Rd. while up that way today- saw Inferno (finally) and Wreck-Gar if anyone's looking. They have a good selection of all sizes of Animated too.

I'm on the lookout for Hotshot and Ratchet-still haven't seen them anywhere.

Target north has only the Sunstorm 2 pck. left while the west store had plenty of both on an endcap, if anyone is still looking.

The TRU here had two Hot Shots today. I didn't see any Ratchets.

I'm still on the lookout for Activators Dirge and Cliffjumper.

I was at Tru earlier and they have all the new deluxes- Animated Waspinator and Samurai Prowl and Universe Ratchet and Hotshot. They had all the Mighty Muggs, still a few Unicrons, a really good selection of Animated Deluxes and Activators with a few Voyagers and Leaders scattered in. I was looking for Darkwind, but no luck.

Dairycon is this weekend, I'm hoping to find plastic treasure.

I found Universe Dreadwind at TRU in Merrilville on the way to the Dairycon.
Once there I got the new movie Sideswipe and Sideways. One vendor there had Rampage, Skids, Rollbar, Deadend, Dirt Boss and the boat(whose name escapes me). I deceided to wait on the others until their release. I got the MP Battle Rollar and the convention exclusive A.S.S-09. Lot of dealer stuff there in two rooms. There were some really good deals and a great selection, Glad I went. I visted relatives on the way back which broke up a long drive- about 7 hrs., but like I said I'm unable to attend BotCon this year so I attend small shows for weekend getaways that are within a days driving distance.

Stopped by WM on Coldwater and TRU on the way home today, nothing new, but, TRU has at least 4 Universe Dreadwind and 3 Countdowns if anyone is looking.

I did preorder the ROTF Soundwave and BB pack from BBTS, since they typically get their shipments out first.

Other than that, I got sweet deals on E-Bay for the Rumble/Ratbat and Ratchet busts.

I found ROTF BB's Blaster at WM south(it's still there).

I'm hoping to luck out and find ROTF Soundwave before the 15th, BB I don't care that much about- I was leaning towards the human alliance version of him.

One note- on Sideways feet, if you transform the legs properly and peg in the body panel there isn't much problem getting him to stand. I had to do the superglue trick on the hip joints-they were too loose.

Another score! My nephew (who works at Meijer) was kind enough to get me a voyager SS and OP from the ROTF line today. They scan and are available for sale. Interestingly enough he said no Soundwaves were in the shipment.

I've been checking the north end of Fort Wayne and everything's pretty bare. The pegs at the Lima Meijer were labeled for the movie, but nothing was placed. That's awesome Barricade, do you like Starscream? I'm still on the fence with him.

I like the fact that the new version has hands, but the articulation on the forearms is backwards, they fold up (as in stick 'em up) instead of inward. The mech alive gimmick is half assed, only one side of the gears move when you turn his head(on mine). The cybertronian markings are cool and the head has yellow piping (although mine has painted red eyes-go figure), but he's not as beefy as the first release. The transformation is completely different. I still prefer my Deepspace SS if truth be told, but since he was a new mold I wanted to get him.

The Voyager OP has some minor change to him (remolded feet, different coloring, cybertronian markings) but otherwise is the same mold.

I followed a lead I read on one of the boards about ROTF Scouts being found at Walgreens. Having one very close to home I went today and lo and behold, got ROTF Dead End and Depthcharge @ 10.99 ea. They have at least one of each left (Calhoun & Creighton) along with quite a few ROTF Legends which I left all those.

I was out west yesterday and came up empty handed at Target,WM and Meijer on Ill. Rd. Meijer did have tags up but no mdse. out.

I haven't opened Megs yet. I've only played with the Mech Alive feature. He says "I am Megatron!" and some gears spin in his chest. He doesn't appear as bulky as the first one though. His head is definitely smaller. I might open him today since it's raining, but I'm also in the process of rearranging my display.

Toys were out at all the WM here in town. They all had the exact same display with not one Soundwave to be found. I picked up Leader Optimus and Breakaway.
Stopped by Target north and they still had the May 30 signs up-but they had ROTF walkie-talkies and Bumblespud out.. TRU was dry except for the new halloween costumes. Interestingly enough, my preorder Soundwave from WM shipped today.

I'm going back tomorrow trying to find The Fallen, Skids, Chromia and Wheelie. If nothing else, Target shows them all in stock online.

I may wait for Leader Megs til he goes on sale or they do a deluxe edition, I liked him but as always, another will follow.

I was able to pick up most of what I wanted today btwn TRU and Target, except for The Fallen. I went to two different stores and neither one had it. :-?

Funny thing is, this morning on line I put it in a shopping cart to buy after I got home(in case I saw it)and when I went back to it it said "e-mail you when available". All the various websites are out, including Hasbro(was also available this a.m.) I mean, we are talking only 4 hours. There is one last Target in town I may try later today but I don't have my hopes up. I have plenty new ones to look at. I picked up Skids,Chromia, Wheelie,Leader Megs,Ransack,Knockout and I had my preorder Soundwave sitting on the porch.

All-n-all a good toy day, especially after what I had and what I got yesterday. There are others I intend to get but I forsee sales, etc and don't have to have them all in one shot.

I really liked the new Robot Replica's Jetfire, Ironhide, and Skids but I didn't get them .
