Since the movie characters seem to have car parts slide every which way, I should explain a few things.
On his waist, his right side, that's a tail light, a rear view mirror on the left side of his waist. Those are seatbelt componants hanging off his forearms... unintentionally the buckle on his right (your left) arm looks kind of...um.... phallic.
