He's a good fig. Weapon is so-so but i rily like jazz. the arms don't bother me much i guess sence i know how to lock the arms together and now he's not so bad. But if u want a more colorful one go wit the g1 repaint or if u want a better gun go wit the finial battle one overall, just get one of the jazz molds!

To me, yes.
I want both him and Barricade.
(I'd also want the G1 recolor, so I'll have a decision to make.)

Sadly, i don't like him. I still bought him cuz he's jazz and he's movie, but after seeing all my deluxe, i think he is one of the worst for, still looks fine in a display, but doesnt have the best articulation. If this jazz toy wasnt so chunky and has the articulation of bumblebee 08, he would easily be my favorite figure

I have to agree. I don't understand how they couldn't just allow a bit of telescoping in the waist and folding back of his thigh panels. He really does look fat.

I just picked him up along with Wreckage and Scorpinok.
He seems like a smart little figure. He does look like he could use a diet but there is plenty of detail in bot mode. However, I do wish they would sort their plastic molding out, the shiny plastic used doesnt really have a uniform finish to it.
I really like the light piping on his visor, its so big that it really lights up and looks very dramatic.

I've been a Jazz fan forever and wasn't really sure about it, but over time I've really grown to like it. Learning how to do the arms right helps it a lot. could have better articulation, but great sculpting. I'm getting the final battle and repaint versions as well.

No. Absolutely not. The figure straight-up does not pay justice to the movie model (less so than the other movie figures) nor to the character. Too much baggage on the legs, he doesn't look sleek nor slick enough. (he looks way too short and fat, instead of tall and thin) Other problems include crappy weapons/accessories, arms, poseability, and vehicle mode.
As much as I love Jazz, I just can't recommend this horrid figure.

He's an alright figure. But he is one of the Movie Toys that I have decided to keep MOSC. I only like '08 BB and Barricade so far from the Deluxe Class. He is getting the most repaints though with the Final Battle Jazz and the G1 recolour to come vs BB's original and Battle repaint.

Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!
