OK this guy tryes to sell a Diaclone Dinobot, the italian version as he claimes.

Now I don't see any difference to my busted G1 Dinobot, so is he trying to sell the G1 toy as a diaclone?

I wouldn't think a true Diaclone would have a 1984 copyright stamp on it.

But it is an italian release so who knows.

Judging from the description though, the description that seems to contradict it's self, i'd avoid it.

That and it's missing the diaclone driver.

Yea the Diaclones were realeased in Italy and Germany during the time the Transformers were realeased in the US, so that part my be real, also the swored is different from the read one I had, but is still looks more G1 then Diaclone, and yea the Driver is missing.
Edit:
Judging byThis comercial, it's real!

After doing some reaserch I say its real. It has the blue waist, the correct takara stamp. And a genuine Italian diaclone box.
