I just received my PX-04 Ultimate Form set and PX-03 back pack today. Opened it right up and got everyone out. Unfortunately as it turned out The Day was assembled incorrectly. His head and neck area is put in backwards so his head is unable to come out.
The Night is fine and can fully extend his head. I've included pics so you can see the difference between the two's construction.
Contacted BBTS but have not heard back yet. I'm doubtful but hoping I can return just the one that is defective since they are all individually boxed but probably going to have to return the entire set.

BBTS should get back with you on this. I had an issue with my Rumble figure and they sent me another one loose without any hassle. If need be, email them a few photos of the flaw.
