Im trying to compare the Takara one against a suspected KO.

If it's clear it's a KO. If it has long null rays it's a KO.

The tell tale signs of a knock off are the weapons (as mentioned above), bolder Decepticon insignia on the wings, and a translucent canopy.

As you can see in the pictures, the real deal has thinner insignia, shorter weapons, and a gold opaque canopy.

Ya. I was looking at one on ebay and noticed the guns were longer, not like the stubby bomb ones on my WST Starscream.

Good thing I noticed, saved me soem money.

Of course you could always get it knowing full well that it's a KO. I have the Suntorm and it's very good quality for a toy overall. These guys were produced for fans so they've made the complete range of seekers. And, from what I understand, WSTF Skywarp is a chase figure and might therefore be expencive.

I have WST Starscreams Ghost KO, and WST clear Thundercracker KO. EXCELLENT quality. Quality is the same as the Takara versions IMO.

WST Starscreams ghost is freaking AWESOME!
