if it's $90 at bbts wouldn't the msrp be much lower seeing as how much bbts inflates their prices? if mp skywarp goes for around $100, sky lynx should be no more then $75 hopefully.

They aren't usually too much more than other places for things like this. TFSource will probably be $5 cheaper, that seems to be how it usually works out.

Between November and February...I'm going to be so broke it ain't funny.
Between gift giving, Masterpieces (Prime, Starscream, Megatron, the silencer/stock kit...all in one sweep) and whatever comes out for the Movie line...yeesh.
My wallet's already screaming from the impending workout.
I'm just not sure I can justify this one. I want him (and I normally don't go for G1 figures, but this *is* Sky Lynx. He pwns some of the best figures.) but I can't do it. I have to draw a line and not cross it this time.

I highly recommend him, you'll be pleased.
He's extremely simple in his transformation, and his walking gimmick is nothing new (at all).
But it's the simplistic nature, plus his overall cool look that makes him a clear winner.
I'm not quite sure how to explain it, but once you have him, you'll see what I mean.

Love him in the cartoon, never like the toy. But then again I never really like the majority of G1 toys (bought the recent reissue ultra magnus and hated it). But it seems this will be a great g1 reissue. Still wouldnt spend the money tho.

I'e got 2 G1 SkyLynx one still MISB, the other for display. As cool as it is they reissued him i don't feel the need for me to buy him already having 2 G1's.

I already put in a pre-order for Music Label Soundwave. I'm a little unsure about doing another. I liked Sky Lynx as a kid, but I don't remember what was so special about him. He only appeared, what a couple times in the cartoon?

I remember as a kid never understanding what the point was for Sky Lynx. A dinosaur space shuttle? Neither the toy nor the cartoon character did anything for me. But for some reason I placed my pre-order, if not just to hold my place in case I change my mind. $90 seems steep. $50-$60, much better.
