So here it is. My custom KITT. People kept commenting that my Dark Bumblebee reminded them of Knight Rider, so I went ahead and made KITT.
I used the ROTF Bumblebee and did a head swap with on of the TFTM Real Gear figures. The head was perfect. I did my usual metallic dry brushing but kept the colors dark and then sprayed the car in gloss black and then red for the grill to mimmick the red light.

Nice! I was planning on 'bashing a leftover Barricade at some point (I know, KITT in the '08 series was a Shelby 500GT, but it's close enough), but this is pretty sweet.
You do know you have to do KARR now, right?

What I should have done was use the '07 figure for KITT and the ROTF figure for KARR but oh well. Then again, Barricade would look cool as KARR.

Well KARR was a prototype so the older fig might work, but barricades alt-mode may also be closer.
I liked the 08 series, why did everyone else think it was so bad?
