They do, it is hybrid prime:

And he is definitely a sweet version of Prime. Basically a smaller MP04 with roller, a jet pack and some other goodies.
EDIT:
Duh, forgot my votes
1) MP prime
2) G1
3) Classics voyager
Cybertron, both movie primes and RID all get very high honorable mentions

He has decent articulation, a simple yet effective transformation, andsis pretty well constructed.
His trailer has tons of play value. Roller, launcher, firing missiles, repair bay, room to store other autobot cars...
No other Prime is as friendly to all ages, has such comprehensive play value, and is as iconic as G1 Prime.
G1 Prime is great until you break off his arms.
Oh snap!
Well sure, but since I don't use baseball bats to transform my toys; I'm sure that would never happen.
Yeah, I never thought G1 Prime one to have weak arms. Smoke stacks, yeah, but arms? that's some grip ya got there

When I was younger, my G1 Prime's arms broke off. My next door neighbor did the same thing, snapped the arms off.
