"Bump" stands for "bumping the topic back to the top so it won't get lost in the endless limbo of the cyberspace". Or so.

And Simba is really great for hilarious knockoffs and the most generic figures imaginable, including a GI Joe-Scaled 1980s movie Skeletor likeness released in the mid 2000s.

How can it be a knockoff? It's not knocked off a TF design. It's a cheap transforming robot.

As for where to buy it, where do you live? I've seen him and similar in Poundland, but that's only useful if you live in the UK.

Yea I live in america.....We dont see much cool ko type figures here.......

Do you know if youve seen the stegosaurus to this set or do other company's make it as well?? Like the one I have sealed has "Jada toys" at the bottom left of the package, but I have seen a raptor with "simba" as the brand name. I have also seen the dinocock prime figure sold uner "android" and even "Dino Mech 2".

SO let me know

thanks

Rather than hunting for one with a specific colour scheme, might I suggest, since they're presumably inexpensive knockoff style toys, it might be a good opportunity to try your hand at doing a custom paint job.

I've seen some amazing kitbashes and repaints in the forums here, but I've been very reluctant to risk that on expensive Hasbro transformers. But with a knockoff, it's cheaper, has almost no resell value, and you're probably more likely to improve it than ruin it.

I recently took apart a €2.00 RID Optimus Prime knockoff, and completely repainted it, just for the sake of it, and a bit of practice. I'd never done anything like that before. It was a lot of fun, and it looks much better now.

I don't know if you're interested or not, but anyway here's a link about painting dinosaur models:

And here's a few examples of interesting colour schemes on dinosurs:

I have the pachycephalosaurus from this range. It's pretty well-made, although the articulation's not great. I think the one I have is the best of those I've seen, however, as it's the only one that doesn't have a dino-head for a crotch - the head swings through its chest to the back, so it's got an almost decent robot mode...
I haven't seen them for a while, but yeah, they've had spates of being spilling off the racks at various pound shops...

Yea Ive seen that one....on the package of the android Dinocock prime, there is a anklysaur that looks pretty cool.

My fave though is the stegosaur. Its a well made toy and the robot head has an optimus prime resemblance but I actually like better than a regular takara optimus head. Its my opinion though.

anybody else one of these figures?

Dude, I KNOW I'm funny. Only funny people quote Family Guy.

Oh, and the word you were aiming for is "you're". Unless you wanted to suggest that something of mine is funny. :D Perhaps this will help:

Totally. But who isn't an asshole? You're a bit of an anal sphincter yourself. So why not chill out, get a drink, then rock out to the best band in the universe playing the best track in the universe?

No need to be a douche, man. He asked a question, you rudely replied. Very immature.

Jesus, it was a throwaway Family Guy quote. If someone's taken offense, I'm sorry that they take offense so easily. Why do YOU think the guy was bumping the thread?

He wanted to see if anybody had any more information by bumping it to the top where people are most likely to see it.

Well, D'UH! Of course that's the actual answer. But given that's so mind-numbingly obvious, I decided to throw in a funny.

But it's not mind-numbingly obvious that you're joking, quoting Family Guy, or whatever. That's not a distinct Family Guy quote. Family Guy wasn't the first to use it. That's like calling someone a bastard and saying you're just quoting South Park or something.

A Family Guy quote?

Then why not specify it when you first posted it?I watch Family Guy but don't remember that quote

Why do you want to start a flame war?

And you were right to do so. I am an asshole. But on this occasion, I was an asshole throwing in what I thought was a fairly obvious funny. Even if you don't know it was a Family Guy quote, surely you didn't think it was a serious answer?

For that matter, what was the point of your question? What other reason could the guy have for bumping his thread than "he didn't want it to get lost"?

Perhaps Wheeljack noticed that the thread wasn't far enough down the front page to justify a bumping.
