Australian website JB Hi-Fi have announced an interesting bonus for those who preorder the War For Cybertron game from them: the first issue of the forthcoming IDW War For Cybertron comic series. Thanks to JB Hi-Fi we are also able to see the front cover of the comic.
That cover looks weird, it almost looks like Prime's face is designed to fit onto Megatron's face, with Prime's face being curved outwards and Megatron's being curved inwards.
Guessed there would be a comic series to this, looks like every high profile game (or those that want to be high profile) get their own tie-in comic.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

Maybe it's that optical illusion where you either see two faces or a vase...
This offer would make me damn my Game Stop pre-order, but the comic is going to be coming out for $5-$8 anyway so there's really no reason for me to be too excited about this pre-order news. However, it's very cool that there is going to be a comic in this, hopefully it will be as well written as the last batch of comics we got (other than the movie tie-in comics).

To me it kind of has a Yin Yang look to it. Also weird to see they are borrowing the big chins from Animated. I know they are trying to incorporate the whole TF universe while keeping it connected to G1 but the big chins is a bit much. The cover reminds me of the Protect/Destroy poster from the first movie. As for Furman, it would be cool but he might be unhappy if the Dinobots are not in this.
Watch the first of my youtube series, Friends Transform.
