It's Deluxe Allspark Power Bumblebee, but I didn't know he was a Target exclu. Hmm.

That must be the Target exclusive Allspark figure. different from the Premium figure, which I think is available everywhere.

That is the upcoming allspark color Bumblebee. Same as the original release except with Allspark infected paint.
