Which Transformer do you think has the hardest Transformation?

I don't understand why people think the Alt Mustang mold is difficult. Sure, getting their heads through the hood takes some getting used to, but once you understand how it goes, it's no tougher than the rest of their body parts. I can transform my Grimlock in less than 3 minutes, that's how easy he is for me.

I thought Cyb Soundwave was a pain.
Classics Meg is just the right amount of complexity that it's still fun and not a hassel for me,
MP Meg has got to take the cake in this one, if you mess up he breaks!!!
for a 1st time user takes 30min + to transform?!? HOLY MOLLY!!!
das like playin a video game homes!

Well since i have picked up a few newer Transformers within the last few weeks, I'd have to say 08 Bumblebee gives me a decent headache right now ( but not the hardest). Seems MP Megs is a popular choice in this thread, never owned the guy but he does look tricky
.

They have War Bears...F**king War Bears...what more can you ask for an Unstoppable Army?

I mentioned on the first page that the hardest part for me is doing the order for the arms to put the figure back into a car. Other than that, I am used to the figure. My running time with Wheeljack from car to robot is 2 minutes. But for the reverse transformation, it is 5-6 minutes.

The Beast Wars Predicon that was made up of three robots, the beetle was extremly difficult to get into giant robot mode. he was not to hard to get into beetle and robot mode though. Lots of the beast wars toys were hard to transform just cause all of the kibble they had.
ah....Tripredacus. never thought he would be tough to transform though.
all the comments above are the HUMBLE OPINIONS of the said user only. 'nuff sed.

I'll agree with the shoulders of Grimlock and Wheeljack are a pain in the ass.
But Nemesis Prime (Wooly Mammoth) was.....ugh. Great bot, but hard as hell.

Not sure if it really qualifies against the likes of MP Megs but I recently put Cybertron Smokescreen back to alt mode,
it was a pain in the ass to get all the tabs to line up on the windshield. I looked on the back of the card he came on, and even in the picture they hadnt properly snapped the tabs in place.
not difficult really, I knew what had to be done, it was just irritating getting them in there.

I think MP Megs is getting a bad rap.
His transform isn't that different than his G1 counterpart. A few more fiddly bits, perhaps, but he's basically the same.
And sure, some of the parts can be tight, (he did BITE my finger the first time I transformed him
)but once you do it, he goes back and forth easily enough.
The one I hate worst of all is Energon Slugslinger:

That stoopid thing makes no sense!!!!!! My nephew has him and wants me to transform him EVERY time I come over.
