Its got the Takara name on it, so I know he is not a KO, but he was sent to me from a friend on a different forum and I'm not sure what his name is?

He was also 'prepackaged' (as in: repackaged, but released earlier) as one of four bonus Mini-Cons with Cybertron Primus. In that release, he was renamed Nightscream.
